Residential blocks and site works

Finished residential blocks standing behind a working site, where the reinforcement for the next phase is already out of the ground. Both things are true at once on a live development, and it is the ordinary condition of this kind of contract rather than an exception.

A phased site is mostly a services problem. The occupied blocks are already drawing power, so the supply, the substation and the distribution serving them cannot be interrupted by the phase being built next to them. Temporary supplies for construction are taken separately, and the permanent feeds for the new blocks are planned into the same substation from the start rather than added to it later.
